About Trauma Reboot Spring 2026
Trauma REBOOT starts on February 3rd.
Trauma can shape the way we think, relate, and respond to the world around us. Trauma REBOOT is a 12-week, faith-based, peer-led small group designed to help individuals find hope, healing, and renewed purpose after trauma.
This group, hosted by Margaret Phillips (LMFT), helps participants gently address past pain, break unhealthy patterns, and rediscover strength through both practical tools and spiritual truth. Through biblical teaching, mental health education, and shared experiences, participants are encouraged to move forward with resilience and confidence.
