About Lifeline
Lifeline meets every third Tuesday of the month. Please feel free to register in advance or simply join us at our monthly meetings.
Navigating anxiety or depression alone can be overwhelming. LIFELINE Support Groups are peer-led communities of individuals working on their mental health, providing a safe space to share, listen, and heal together.
Navigating anxiety or depression alone can be overwhelming. LIFELINE Support Groups are peer-led communities of individuals working on their mental health, providing a safe space to share, listen, and heal together.
LIFELINE Support Groups aim to stand in the gap for individuals navigating what can be a lonely and painful journey by providing safe spaces for them to share their stories and receive support. LIFELINE is not therapy; rather, a support system that is freely available to anyone struggling with anxiety and/or depression who simply needs to feel less alone.
We will meet every third Tuesday of the month from 6:30-8:00PM in Room 125. If you have any questions about Lifeline, please contact Matthew Phillips, Director of Care and Recovery.
